Invitation to Change Support Group

Holistic Recovery Coaching & Sparks of Hope Recovery Support Center invites you to a free unique support group.

Invitation to Change is for families, friends, and caretakers impacted by a loved one's substance/alcohol use.

This is a topic-driven support group utilizing evidence-based material rooted in science and kindness to promote awareness of perspectives and skills and help encourage change for your loved one and yourself.

Benefits include:

• Understanding the behaviors associated with substance use
• Offer strategies to help your loved one want to change and begin to
• Practice self-awareness and self-compassion to sustain yourself on this journey
• Discussion time and helpful exercises in a safe, supportive environment
• Encouragement and support to practice and implement what’s learned
