We're All in This Together! From the devastating effects of natural disasters to animal overpopulation in our own backyard (and beyond), the animal welfare community continually proves that we can pull together and help one another.

Many organizations are making space for victims of Hurricanes Helene and Milton, and we’re so happy those animals have a safe place to go!

Our neighbors to the south are facing a crisis of their own. As an open-admission municipal shelter, the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter cannot stop the flow of animals entering their building, and they are struggling. They have made it clear that they are over capacity, and we see their pleas daily.

Like any good neighbor, when they’re struggling, we step up to help. For 5 days, we are waiving adoption fees for adult dogs (6 months and older). For every dog adopted, we will pull a dog from the City Shelter and place them for adoption at our shelter.

If you’ve been thinking of adopting, now is the time! Pre-approval process and landlord check required.

Every dog will also go home with a certificate for a free bath in our grooming salon.
